Nel's Bi-Lo Market

Its very unfortunate, the one time I did get waited on at the deli the food was great! However I have been in there about 5 other times, and you look at a worker and feel like you are annoying them. So once I rang the bell, which is in place for that reason, and I felt even more unwanted and uncomfortable. Like I said its too bad the food was good and they have lots of other unique items!

This is her grandson typing this. About a month ago or longer my grandmother went to this store asked about their deals on chicken. The cashier proceeded to be rude by telling her to read the AD and my grandma has dyslexia! We will not be going to this place any longer. It’s not hard to answer a simple question.

Awesome meat ad vegetable sections, a lot of spices at great prices. A lot going on for a neighborhood store, wish I'd shopped here sooner!

I went to get a Christmas box of oranges like I do every year. The cashier was so rude! Yes it's a busy time. Yes it's Christmas. I thought a local hometown grocery store would be a lot more friendly. I won't be back.

I’m not actually sure I want to review because I prefer that these small markets keep their character as a small market. I just had the best experience there though. Staff was super helpful and polite, the store was clean and organized. Their meat is cut and ground in house, they have a small deli with hot and cold foods, lots of locally sourced items like eggs, milk, meat etc. good looking produce at a competitive price to box stores with a much calmer and quiet atmosphere. They even have meals ready to cook that are prepared in house. The prep area is even open to public view and very clean. I live in Blackfoot but work in Pocatello and will be doing my staple shopping here at this store.
